Gain tools for relieving stress, anxiety.

Workshop led by Katie Loncke and Dawn Haney, of
Buddhist Peace Fellowship of the Bay Area.
Brought to you by Portland Buddhist Peace Fellowship.

In camp, at the Quiet Tent and the Mental Health Tent.

Saturday, July 14, 10 a.m.-12 noon, and again at 2-4 p.m.

Attend both workshops if you can, or choose the one that best suits your schedule.

Those who do not live in the camp will be on their own for lunch at their own expense. We will supply a list of choices within walking distance of the camp.

This workshop by Buddhist activists is for activists throughout the Portland area, and it will be held in the Occupy ICE camp just below 4310 SW Macadam. It is for anyone who feels tired, over-committed, in danger of burnout. It is being held in the camp to make it easy for camp activists to attend, but all are welcome. You need not be Buddhist, though you are welcome if you are. You need not have a background in meditation, though if you do, bring it. Please let your friends know about this workshop if you feel it can serve them. The workshop is FREE. Those who do not live in the camp and are able to offer service will be invited to participate in a camp clean-up from 1pm to 2pm, between the two workshop sessions.
