On June 20th, Trump signed an executive order to "end family separation." It's been nearly a month and families are still separated, people are still in cages, and immigrants are still being unjustly detained - at the border, at NORCOR, at Sheridan, and here in our own Washington County.
We say: Enough is Enough. Families Belong Together.
Gather with us on Monday (July 16th) at 9:00 am for this month's third Monday "Sanctuary Everywhere" vigil - an interfaith expression of solidarity with our immigrant and refugee community.
Through prayer, song, testimony and ritual, our Washington County community will join together across nationality, language, class, race and creed in the fight against predatory ICE enforcement and all forms of injustice.
