The Interfaith Movement for Immigrant Justice (IMIrJ) is a grassroots nonprofit committed to advancing social justice through education, advocacy, and community organizing. We are a small, passionate team dedicated to creating meaningful, sustainable change. Our employees are members of the ILWU Local 5. Our Union Collective Bargaining Agreement provides for competitive wages, benefits, and employee satisfaction.

Accompaniment Program Organizer

IMIrJ is seeking a full-time Accompaniment Program Organizer (APO) to support the Accompaniment Coordinator, reporting directly to the Executive Director. This person will support day-to-day tasks and work towards major goals and objectives for the program. They will cover the program when the Accompaniment Coordinator is off, being part of a larger tapestry of migrant rights organizing. Co-Director of Programs

The Co-Director of Programs will oversee the organization’s programmatic efforts, including direct services, community education, and policy advocacy. They will be responsible for faith/Sacred Organizing & Congregational Development, as well as growing our base of supporters. They will work closely with the other Co-Director (Operations & Development) to ensure strategic growth, organizational sustainability, and impact.
