The Interfaith Movement for Immigrant Justice (IMIrJ) is a grassroots nonprofit committed to advancing social justice through education, advocacy, and community organizing. We are a small, passionate team dedicated to creating meaningful, sustainable change. Our employees are members of the ILWU Local 5. Our Union Collective Bargaining Agreement provides for competitive wages, benefits, and employee satisfaction.

The Accompaniment Program Organizer (APO) is responsible for supporting the Accompaniment Program Coordinator (APC) to ensure the health of the core IMIrJ accompaniment program. This means executing day-to-day tasks and working toward major goals and objectives for the program under the leadership of the APC. We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Bilingual Administrator to support the work of our Interfaith Immigrant Welcoming Center. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
